It’s important to us that we’re playing our part in building a greener future, which is why our language solutions team wanted to work with the wider NRL Group to achieve the Carbon Neutral International Standard across our operations.
On a daily basis we’re always looking at how we can be more environmentally friendly, from sending documentation electrically to looking at energy efficiency savings within our office.

We’ve been members of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) since 2009 and are proud to operate in line with their code of conduct and ethical business practices.

The NRL Group is proud to be a member of the Living Wage Foundation, opting to voluntarily pay a higher real living wage to all colleagues as an absolute minimum. Taking every effort to support people both inside and outside of work and ensuring they have the right level of support to manage their work/life balance.
We’re also proud to pay our community of translators and interpreters a fair pay for the vital support they provide us – recognising their expertise, knowledge and commitment.

Certified language translations
Our corporate membership with the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) means that we can provide a translation certification letter alongside our translations, which gives you the confidence to know the work has been carried out to the highest of standards and in line with the ITI’s code of conduct.
This is particularly important for any personal document translation work we undertake for individuals. Providing the translation certification letter together with the completed documentation should satisfy official authorities such as the Home Office.
